If rapid reward points were used for purchasing this fare, then reward points will be credited back to your Southwest account upon cancellation. However, cancellation of this fare in less than 10 minutes before the departure will result on no show and full amount will be forfeited in that case.
Business select and Anytime are little expensive but refundable fares. You will get 100% refund in the original form of payment if these are cancelled within or before 24 hours from departure. But in case of no show, your booking amount will be stored as travel funds which can be re-used within 12 months from the date of issuance.
